A 90 minute Nourishing Reset Yoga Class to welcome yourself back to the mat and back to your body. January is a wonderful time to set the tone for a positive, healthy year. We will look at how to practice yoga in a way that is not only nourishing for our feminine body but also deeply inspiring for our heart. Poetry and philosophy will be woven in to make the journey evocative as well as insightful and we will end with 15 minutes Q&A.
