what you will learn

This course explores the relationship between yoga practice and the natural world, inviting you to reconnect with the elements as a source of balance, inspiration and healing.

  1. nature-based yoga

Nature-based asana and pranayama practices to connect us to the elements within and nurture our kinaesthetic intelligence and felt sense.

  2. elemental ritual

Devotional offerings and simple elemental rituals to focus your attention and begin your day in a heartful, dedicated way.

  3. micro-practice

Short practices which can be integrated easily into daily life, helping us to take yoga off the mat, slow down and be present.

  4. self-care

Ayurvedic self-care practices to cultivate more love and appreciation of ourselves. This is called dinacharya in Ayurveda and is a powerful way to start the day.

  5. yoga nidra

A deeply nourishing practice which restores and balances the nervous system. Incredibly healing. Led by world-renowned Yoga Nidra expert Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

  6. voice work

Sacred sounds, mantras and voice activation practices to activate the elements within us and enhance the vibratory resonance inside. Led by Dominique Zuniga.

  7. poetry & sound

Opening the energy channels or nadis and energy centres with the powerful vibration of bija mantra and poetry.

  8. eco-therapy

A therapeutic side effect from being immersed in nature and practising yoga. The elements return us to a regulated state of balance and wellbeing.
